1. WHAT IS HTTPS://MORIACOLLEGE.COM/?

1.1 Services. https://moriacollege.com/ is a platform that offers the following services: online courses and training focused on topics related to the Bible, ancient history and the current day-to-day reality of the people of Israel.

1.2 Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to the application at any time in the event of suspected fraud, illegally obtaining a benefit or advantage, or for failure to comply with any of the conditions set forth in these Terms of Use, in the Policy Privacy Policy or in applicable law. In these cases, no claims will be due to you, and https://moriacollege.com/ may take the appropriate measures for recourse, if necessary, as well as take any other steps necessary to pursue and protect your interests.

2. PROFESSORS AND COURSE CALENDAR

2.1. Professors. Moriah College advises that changes may occur in the faculty, in which case the client will be notified in advance.

2.2. Time and Date Changes. If necessary, Moriah College is also authorized to change the time and dates of courses offered to clients.

3. HOW DO I ACCESS HTTPS://MORIACOLLEGE.COM/?

3.1 Access. Users must register in order to access and use the features contained in https://moriacollege.com/. You will provide us with personal information as described in our Privacy Policy in order to register. 3.2 Minimum age for use. To use https://moriacollege.com/, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Purchase of these products will be subject to the licensing rules stipulated on the platform and/or in these Terms of Use. If these products involve integration with third party platforms, the user will also be subject to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Security Settings of that specific third party.

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION OF PLANS

5.1 Subscription. We at https://moriacollege.com/ provide a subscription to service plans as follows: free and fee-based, as defined in the clause below.

5.2 Types of Subscriptions. A subscription to a paid plan(s) requires an advanced payment. As such, payments made today are for access during the upcoming month. If the day on which a payment is effected is not repeated every month (for example: the 31st), the payment will be charged on the business day before that potential day of the month (for example: the 28th or 30th). There will be an automatic renewal of the plan unless you express your intention to cancel prior to the billing date.

5.3 Canceling Subscriptions. Subscription(s) to a plan may be canceled at any time by the user and will be understood as an express manifestation that the user does not intend to renew the license in the next period that has not yet been billed. Cancellation does not entail any duty by https://moriacollege.com/ to return payment for the month in which the user chose not to renew the contractual relationship.

5.4 In-App Purchases. The application has features that can be purchased within the platform, known as “In-App Purchases.” Any purchases of these services will take place in a manner similar to the steps above.

6. HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE ON HTTPS://MORIACOLLEGE.COM/?

6.1 Payment Method Payments made on https://moriacollege.com/ must be made within the application via Credit Card or bank payment slip (Boleto Bancário).

6.2 Final Price. The price you pay is final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stipulated by https://moriacollege.com/. https://moriacollege.com/ reserves the right to set, withdraw and/or revise the price for all services or goods obtained through the use of the application at any time. We will never alter your subscription price without notifying you.

6.3 Collection of Taxes. If any tax is charged, the user will be responsible for paying it. This also applies to payments made via the application.

6.4 Confirmation. Confirmation of payment through the application will take place within 3 (three) business days. Payment information and confirmation of payment will be processed by third party systems (such as a financial institution or credit card company), with the application being a mere interface between the customer and these systems.

6.5 Minimum period. Some products or promotions from https://moriacollege.com/ may require a minimum subscription term. The user must be aware that additional fees may apply should the user decide not to use such products before the minimum subscription period ends.

6.6 Promo code.
